⚠️ Please note: To access these features, your team must have Advanced Deals enabled.

With this update, you can now perform three powerful actions directly from your phone: Admin Deal, Proposed Deal and Open Deal. Here’s how each one works:

1. Admin Deal

Admins can now create shift offers on behalf of others directly from the mobile app.

With Admin Deal you can:

  • Select the team

  • Choose the shift you want to reassign

  • Pick the associate who will receive the offer

  • If you have admin permissions, you can even complete the process on behalf of another associate

  • Click "Create Deal"

This makes it easier than ever to support schedule adjustments quickly and efficiently.

To know if the deal was created you will see this notification:

2. Proposed Deal

With Proposed Deal you can:

  • Select the team

  • Take one or multiple shifts at once from...

  • Choose the associate where it says "Proposed to:"

  • Then click "Create Deal"

Now you will get this notification that says the deal has been created and "Pending" from approval.

You can also see the deals in the "Bazaar" to see status and more information:

3. Open Deal

Want to place one or more shifts in the Bazaar for anyone to pick up? Now it’s simple.

With Open Deal you can:

  • Select the team

  • Choose the associate

  • Pick one or multiple shifts at once

  • Offered them to anyone in the team, see "Proposed to: Anyone"

When selecting multiple shifts, they’ll be highlighted in blue, making it clear which ones are being included in the deal.

These multi-shift deals are only available with this option.

Once submitted, the shifts are posted to the Bazaar for anyone eligible to take.
