Navigate to the Team Level Log into your dashboard and ensure you are operating at the Team Level view.
Open the Customization Settings Look over to the right-hand side of your screen. In the right panel, locate and click on Customize Calendar Shifts.
3. Choose How to Group Your Events Inside the customization menu, you will see a setting to organize your display. Under Group Events By, select the preference that best fits your workflow:
Job
Associate
Secondary Job
Secondary Associate
4. Tailor Your Event Customization Want to change what details actually show up on the calendar blocks? Head to the Event Customization section. Here, you can edit and define the:
Event Title
Event Subtitle
5. Enable Compact View (Optional) If you want to save screen space and keep things minimal, toggle or check the option to "Use associate initials in grouping."
6. Save Your Changes Once you’ve configured the calendar to your liking, scroll to the bottom of the panel and click Save. Your calendar will automatically refresh with your brand-new layout.
