đ Seamless Calendar Integration
Sync External Accounts: You can now connect and authenticate your external calendars directly within Mesh. Once authenticated (using your standard credentials or OTP), your external events will automatically display on your Mesh calendar.
One-Click Event Conversion: Need to turn an external meeting into a Mesh request? Hover over any synced external event to view its details, select your desired request type, and click submit. Mesh will automatically fill in the start and end times to create the request instantly.
đĄď¸ Smart Conflict Prevention
Visual Overlap Alerts: If an external event overlaps with an existing internal Mesh schedule, a visual alert icon will appear directly on your calendar, and the event pop-up will display a warning so you can spot the conflict immediately.
Proactive Notifications: Mesh now actively monitors your schedule for double-bookings:
If you are assigned an internal shift that conflicts with an existing external event, you will receive your standard assignment notification followed immediately by a conflict alert.
You will also be proactively notified if you create a new external event on a day with an existing internal commitmentâeven if you aren't actively looking at the user calendar page.
(Note: Notifications are only triggered when the conflict involves an internal shift).
