You can automatically add all the empty shifts from your schedule to deals by following these simple steps-
1. Go to your "Team Settings".
2. Click on shifts.
3. Check the "Automatically create deals for empty shifts".
And you are done!
Now when you publish the draft schedule having empty shifts. All the empty shifts will appear under current deals and bazaar. Your members can grab the shifts from the bazaar.

Note- If you unpublish the schedule all the empty unassigned shifts will disappear from the bazaar and will appear only when you publish a schedule.
