Mesh AI provides a full audit trail for every published shift, allowing administrators to maintain accountability and transparency across the scheduling team.

Monitoring Shift History

If your organization has multiple administrators responsible for scheduling, you can easily track any modifications made to a shift after it has been published.

  • Identifying Changes: A reverse yellow clock icon will appear in the corner of any shift that has been modified.

  • Quick Preview: Hovering your mouse over this icon will display a tooltip explaining the status, such as: "This shift has been changed since publish."

  • Detailed Audit: To view the complete history of a shift—including what was changed and when—simply click on the shift to access its full activity log.

To view a shift's history in detail, simply click on the shift to open the Edit Shift window.

Reviewing Detailed Shift Changes

Inside the Edit Shift window, you will find a complete record of all modifications made to that specific shift.

Tracking Changes in PDF Exports

When you export your team calendar to a PDF document, the system ensures that these modifications remain visible to anyone reviewing the hard copy or file.

  • Yellow Warning Bars: These indicators will appear on the PDF to flag shifts that have been changed since they were originally published.

  • Export Formats: These warnings are included in both the Compact View export and the Color View export.
