Calendar filters

Step 1. On your homepage, go to your team calendar by clicking on the team name on the left-hand side of the page.

Step 2. You will see a calendar that shows the full schedule of the team by default. Click on the "funnel" icon on the upper right corner of the calendar. You will see a pop-up window with these options:

  • Display Shifts

  • Display Requests

  • Display Holidays / Labeled Dates

You’ll also notice two tabs: Basic Filters and Advanced Filters. Here, you can select one or more associates and their roles to filter the calendar and view their specific shifts.

Step 3. (Optional) Click on "Empty" to see open shifts that are available to take. Click on the "X" to close the tab and view your filtered calendar.


Step 4. For a more detailed view, you can click on any team member’s name to see their assigned shifts. To remove a member from the filter, click the X next to their name.


Want to save your filter settings for future use? Head to the Advanced Filters tab and click on the three dots, then simply click on Save Current Filter. You will be asked to Add a name to that new filter and to conclude use the Save button.
