How to use Calendar filters

To manage your department’s schedule efficiently, you can personalize the team calendar to show only the information you need.

Step 1: Access the Team Calendar

From your homepage, select your team name on the left-hand sidebar to open the full schedule.

Step 2: Filter Your View

By default, the calendar displays the entire team's schedule. To refine this, click the "funnel" icon in the upper-right corner. A pop-up will appear with the following display options:

  • Display Shifts: View all scheduled assignments.

  • Display Requests: See time-off or availability requests.

  • Display Holidays / Labeled Dates: Highlight statutory holidays or specific departmental milestones.

You can also use the Basic and Advanced Filters tabs to select specific staff members or roles, allowing you to view only their assigned shifts.

Step 3: View Open Shifts (Optional)

If you need to see unfilled slots, click on "Empty" to display shifts that are currently available. Click the "X" to close the filter window and apply your changes.


Step 4: Refine Member Details

For a more focused view:

  • Individual View: Click on any team member’s name to isolate their assigned shifts.

  • Remove Filters: Click the "X" next to a member's name to remove them from your current view.


How to Save Your Custom Filters

If you frequently use the same filter settings, you can save them for future use:

  1. Navigate to the Advanced Filters tab.

  2. Click the three dots (icon).

  3. Select "Save Current Filter."

  4. Enter a name for your filter and click "Save."
