Understanding Positions
In Mesh AI, Positions are used to group multiple job qualifications together.
A position typically represents a team member's official title, rank, or clinical designation—such as Head Nurse, PGY1, or Attending Doctor.
💡 Efficiency Tip: Because qualifications can be tied directly to a position, setting a member’s position is the fastest way to grant them multiple job qualifications all at once.
Creating and Managing Positions
Positions are built and maintained directly within your Team Templates.
To Add a Position: Click the "+" icon, enter a name for the position, and click "Submit".
Flexibility: You can return to your templates at any time to add new positions, edit existing names, or delete obsolete roles.
