How to give an associate Administrator permissions

Current team and organization admins can give other regular associates admin privileges either at the team or organization level. This must be done from the web version of the Mesh AI system.

At the organization level:

Step 1: Navigate to your organizational associates tab.

Step 2: Click on three dots next to the name of the associate you wish to edit permissions for.

Step 3: In the permissions area of their profile, check the administrator box next to the corresponding team (or entire organization) the associate should be an admin of. You may also grant viewer permissions following these mentioned steps.

Step 4: Click on "Save" to make sure the changes are updated.

At the team level:

If you are not an organizational admin, but are an admin of certain teams, you can also edit permissions from the team level.

Step 1: Navigate to the associates page of the team the associate you are editing should be an admin of.

Step 2: Edit the associate information

Step 3: Check the "Is an administrator for the team" box

You have now successfully added admin privelages to an associate!
