If you would like to delete your Mesh AI account, follow the steps below:
1) If your account is part of a team or organization, please notify your administrator before deleting it
2) Log into Mesh AI at https://meshai.io/login with the account you wish to delete
3) Navigate to the 'User Settings' page
4) Click on the 'Credentials' tab
5) Click 'Delete your Mesh AI Account'
Please note that this action is irreversible. Account deletion is permanent.
Want to come back? You’re always welcome, but you’ll need to sign up for a brand new account once yours is deleted.
Some information about your account may retained after deletion by your employer in the use of our system for their record keeping. Please talk to your employer for more details and to request any data deletion on their part.
