Forgot your password? No stress—it happens to the best of us. Here is the quickest way to get back into your account:

How to Reset Your Password

  1. Head to the login screen: Click the "Forgot your password?" link right under the sign-in button.

  2. Enter your email: Type in the email address you use for your account.

  3. Check your inbox: We’ll send you a link to pick a new password and get you right back in.

Once you've clicked the reset link, finishing up is easy:

  • Submit Request: Enter your email address and hit the "Submit Request" button.

  • Check Your Inbox: You should receive a password reset link almost immediately.

Still haven't received an email?

If the email doesn’t show up, don't panic! It usually means one of two things:

  1. The wrong email: You might have signed up with a different email address (like a personal one instead of work). Try entering another address to see if that works.

  2. No account yet: You might not have a Mesh AI account under that email.

Pro Tip: If you're stuck in a loop, just reach out to Mesh AI technical support. We'll help you track down the right account and get you back in.

Once you receive the email, follow these steps to finish setting up your new password:

  1. Click the Link: Open the email and select the 'Reset Password' button.

  2. Manual Link Option: If the button doesn’t work or redirects you to the homepage, copy the URL provided below the button and paste it directly into your browser's address bar.

  3. Enter New Password: You will be taken to a secure page where you can enter and confirm your new password.

Completing the Reset

For your security, choose a long and unique password. After you have entered and confirmed it:

  1. Update Password: Click the "Update password" button.

  2. Instant Access: You will be logged into your account immediately.

  3. Future Logins: Your password is now updated for all future sign-ins.
