Managing Meshages
Meshages can be edited or canceled at any time before you press "Send."
Sent Message Policy
To maintain transparency and scheduling integrity, sent and posted Meshages cannot be edited or deleted by default.
Custom Settings: If your team requires the ability to remove or edit sent messages, your administrator must contact the Mesh AI Concierge to enable this functionality.
Correcting Errors
If you send a Meshage by mistake, we recommend posting a follow-up correction immediately. If a message was sent to the wrong audience, you might post:
"Please ignore the message above. It was intended for different recipients. Note: Meshages cannot be deleted."
