The Shift Bazaar is a dedicated marketplace where members can coordinate shift trades—either by picking up shifts from colleagues or offering their own shifts to others.
Accessing the Bazaar:
Simply click the "Bazaar" tab located in the top-right corner of your screen.
Inside the Bazaar
This section provides a centralized view of your team's shift activity, including:
Available Deals: All shifts currently "up for grabs" and open for pickup.
Past Deals: Any swaps or trades that were executed or canceled.
How to Initiate a Deal
To offer a shift to your colleagues:
Navigate to your Team Calendar.
Hover your mouse over the shift you wish to trade.
Select the "Swap Shifts" option from the menu.
Admin Control
While the Bazaar allows peer-to-peer trading, administrators keep full control to ensure all trades follow departmental rules and staffing requirements.
