There are many different Mesh AI notifications: team invitations, shift changes, deal offers, Mesh AI updates, promotions, and more. As a Mesh AI user, you are in full control of how you receive these notifications.

User Settings for web only

When you visit your user settings, you will see a variety of settings such as:

  • Details

  • Notifications Settings

  • Time and Display

  • Contact Info

  • Credentials

  • Billing (for admins)

Please click on the "Notification Settings" tab to see the following:

Notifications Settings include:

  • Essential (SMS failure, add/removal from teams/org, etc.)

  • Feature and Updates ('email only')

  • Meshages updates (e.g., when you receive a meshage from a team member).

  • Schedule publishing/unpublishing in my scheduled teams, among others.

Within Notification Methods you may enable Mobile notifications and/or emails from Mesh AI with new updates and features. This means you will receive promotional content and updates.

If you check "Please email me a weekly look into my upcoming shifts", you will receive a notification to your computer, iOS and android devices. You are able to choose which day you will receive this reminder.

Notifications Settings for Mobile:

Simply click on the three dots above "More" at the right bottom and then click on "Notifications Settings". There you can check or uncheck the three options:

  • Mobile

  • SMS

  • Email

Note: Your device must have notifications enabled to receive notifications. If you do not, your Mesh AI settings will not apply. Also, your device will not play a tone if you have the device volume low or muted or have a do-not-disturb functionality. Consult your device's specific manual on how to handle these settings.

Other notification methods

By default, Mesh notifications are presented to you via the bell icon on the web header bar and on the bell tab on mobile. If the notification expects action from your side (eg., approving a deal), clicking on the notification will take you to the respective page.

To let you know if there is anything that you should take care of, notifications are shown as red counting badges on application tabs. They show you if there is any update waiting for your action or review on that tab.
