To begin, you must have a Mesh AI account. If you have not already done so, sign up at our Registration Page. Note that you will receive an activation email to confirm that you own the email address you signed up with. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.
Sign in to your Mesh AI account on a computer (not mobile phone) and visit your User Settings page. Then go to the last tab under User Settings: "Billing".
Click the "Add credit card" blue button on the left.
You will be prompted for your credit card information. Please fill this secure form. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
When you are done, click 'Save details' to complete the form. Your credit card details will be saved securely.
Note that you will not be charged at this stage. Charges will occur once your concierge sets up your team.
And my invoices?
You can see and update your credit card information, and view any past invoices from your "User Settings" under billing at any time.
