To begin, you must have a Mesh AI account. If you haven't already, please sign up via our Registration Page.
Important: You will receive an activation email to verify your account. If it does not appear in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam folder.
Accessing Subscription Settings
Once your account is active, please sign in using a computer (the desktop web platform), as these administrative settings are not available on the mobile app.
Navigate to your User Settings page.
Select the final tab labeled "Billing."
3. Click the blue "Add credit card" button on the left side of the screen.
4. A secure form will appear. Please enter your payment details. Mesh AI accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
5. Once you have finished, click "Save details" to complete the form. Your information will be stored securely.
Payment Timeline: You will not be charged at this stage. Billing will only begin once your Concierge has finalized your team setup.
And my invoices?
You can return to "User Settings" under the Billing tab at any time to update your credit card information or view and download past invoices.
