Finding help on Mesh AI is easier than ever! Just follow these simple steps:
On the web, after you log in to your Mesh AI account, in the bottom right of the screen, click on the "message" mark (in blue circle) and ask your question:
After you click on it, you will see this a chatbox in which you can ask anything to our friendly customer service team. You will be notified by email when there is a reply and an estimated time of waiting.
In the same tab, there is an option called "Search for help" where you can type in a key word or simply a question (e.g. How can I reset my password?") and the system will suggest a few articles related to that.
On the Mobile, after you log in to your Mesh AI account, in the bottom right of the screen, click on the "..." mark (more), then click on the "headset" logo in the blue circle and click on "Send us a message" to ask your question and our team will glady assist you.
