On the Web Platform
Open the Support Chat: After logging in, click the blue "Message" circle icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

3. Search the Knowledge Base: Within that same support window, click on "Search for help". Type a keyword or a specific question (e.g., "How can I reset my password?"), and the system will instantly suggest relevant step-by-step articles.

Log in to your Mesh AI app.
Tap the "..." (More) menu icon in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Tap the blue "Headset" logo.
Select "Send us a message" to start a direct chat conversation with our support team.
