Mesh AI allows admins to create schedules in four different ways. One of these is to allow their associates to pick their own shifts.
Admins can create a schedule and not assign associates to shifts, rather, they can publish them empty or blank. Associates can then use any rules they are given previously or on a first-come-first-served basis pick the shifts for themselves.
