Associates:

  • From your team calendar, click on the shift you wish to give to or take from another member, and a pop-up window will appear to choose the type of deal request.

  • If you click your own shift, you may offer it to a specific person or to anyone on the team.

  • You can add a note before submitting your deal request. As an example: "vacation".

  • Your deal will become accessible to your teammate involved to choose to accept or reject it and will appear on the left section in the shift bazaar. Please bear in mind that any modification will be notified to the associate involved.

  • Your Open deal will become accessible to all your teammates, first come first served, and will appear on the according section in the shift bazaar. For example: If it is a Simple Deal, you will find it on "Available Simple Deals".

  • An alternative option is to click on the "Bazaar" tab and then, click on "Create New Deal".

  • If you clicked on "Create New Deal", there will be a dropdown of four options:

    • New Open Advanced Deal (Please check our article here)

    • New Proposed Advanced Deal (Please check our article here)

    • Take a shift: First you will need to select a team, then an associate and last, the shift you would like to take. You are able to leave a note if necessary and then simply click on "Create Deal".

    • Give up a shift: First, you need to select the shift you would like to give away. Then, you may offer it to "anyone" or a Specific Associate. You are able to leave a note if necessary and then simply click on "Create Deal".

Administrators:

Instead of modifying the member assigned to a shift, you can also create deals, which will become accessible to members in the shift bazaar.

  • Click on a shift on your team calendar and select 'Make Deal'.

  • Choose to whom the shift should be offered, or leave blank to allow any member to take the shift.

  • An open deal will be created in the shift bazaar for any member to take on a first come first service basis.
