Mesh AI users can sync their personal calendar with an external calendar of their choice. Note that the time it takes for your external calendar to re-sync with Mesh AI is controlled from the settings of the external calendar you are using.

Synching your calendar with the provided links:

1. On your home calendar page, click on the "Subscribe" button.

2. You will see a pop-up window that contains your calendar subscriber links. If you have not subscribed before, you will have one subscriber link named 'Default'.

Note: You may have multiple subscriber links that allow you to share different links with different people or subscribe different external calendars to your shift and requests separately. You can click 'New calendar subscriber link' to create more links if necessary.

3. Click on the external calendar of your selection on Default (or the subscriber link of your choice).

4. Follow the instructions to finish syncing your calendar.

If your computer opens up a different calendar application than you were hoping, that is due to your computer's default calendar settings. If this does happen, you can use the "Manual" button to proceed.

Manually syncing your calendar:

  1. Click the "Manual" button in the popup shown above

2. Copy the link shown and use the instructions from the following articles to set up your sync with your chosen external calendar:

Outlook Calendar: Article here

Apple Calendar: Article here under "Set up a calendar account"

Google Calendar:

  1. Open your Google Calendar

  2. To the left of your Calendar, scroll to "Other Calendars"

  3. Click the "+" button beside Other Calendars

  4. Choose "From URL"

  5. Enter the URL you have copied from above

  6. Sync may take up to 24 hours to kick in.

Sharing your Mesh AI calendar with someone else

To share your Mesh AI calendar with someone else, you can also use the "Manual" option in the subscribe link, and copy the text shown there.

Then, they can also follow the steps in the articles listed above to get a copy of your calendar on their end.
