Connect your Mesh AI schedule to an external calendar of your choice. Keep in mind that Mesh AI sends updates immediately, but the time it takes to appear on your personal calendar depends on that provider's refresh settings.
NOTE: Google Calendar, iCal, and Outlook only pull new events from mesh every 4-6 hours. Changes on Mesh AI will not be reflected on external calendars right away. Unfortunately this is not under Mesh AI control.
Syncing your calendar:
1. On your home calendar page, click on the "Subscribe" button
2. When the pop-up appears, you will find your unique subscription links
First-time users: You will have one 'Default' link ready to use.
Customization: Click 'New calendar subscriber link' to create additional links. This is helpful if you want to sync shifts and requests to different calendars or share specific views with others.
3. Click the icon for the external calendar you wish to use
4. Follow the instructions to finish syncing your calendar
Note: If a different calendar application opens automatically, use the 'Manual' option. This allows you to copy the URL directly into the calendar of your choice.
Manually syncing your calendar:
Select the 'Manual' icon (located next to the Google, Outlook, and iCal logos) to proceed
2. Copy your unique link and follow the specific steps below for your calendar provider to complete the setup:
Outlook Calendar: Article here
Apple Calendar: Article here under "Set up a calendar account"
Google Calendar:
Open your Google Calendar
To the left of your Calendar, scroll to "Other Calendars"
Click the "+" button beside Other Calendars
Choose "From URL"
Enter the URL you have copied from above
Sync may take up to 24 hours to kick in.
Sharing your Mesh AI calendar with an external viewer
You can share your schedule with others by sending them your 'Manual' subscription link. Once they add it to their calendar app, they’ll see your Mesh AI updates automatically.
