Why did I get a notification that email delivery was turned off?

When Mesh AI sends an email to the email address associated with your account, we are notified if that email is rejected.

An email can be rejected when:

  • the email address is wrong or misspelled

  • the email mailbox is full or not accepting emails

  • the recipient moves the email to spam

  • the recipient reports the email as abuse

  • the recipient registers a complaint about the email

  • the recipient's email service provider blocks the email before it gets to the recipient (usually a result of a prior case of the first three)

To prevent future emails from being rejected by you or your email service provider, Mesh AI turns off email delivery to your email address. Unfortunately, we cannot email you about the issue (because it would get rejected), so we send you a Mesh AI notification.

You may re-enable your email settings from your User Settings page. However, we recommend that you follow the steps below beforehand to ensure that future emails are not rejected (which would result in your email settings being disabled again):

  • make sure your email address is correct

  • make sure your mailbox is not full and there are no problems with your email service provider

  • never move an email from Mesh AI to your spam folder

  • mark some Mesh AI emails as important, or 'star' them

  • add info@meshai.io to your email contacts list

  • contact your email service provider and let them know not to block emails from info@meshai.io
