Email Delivery and Rejection
When an email sent by Mesh AI is rejected, we are immediately notified. To protect your account and ensure system integrity, Mesh AI will automatically disable email delivery to that address.
Common Reasons for Email Rejection:
Address Issues: The email address is incorrect or misspelled.
Mailbox Status: The recipient's mailbox is full or currently not accepting messages.
User Actions: The recipient moves a Mesh AI email to spam, reports it as abuse, or registers a complaint.
Provider Blocks: The email service provider blocks the message before it reaches the inbox (often due to previous spam flags or rejection history).
Restoring Your Email Settings
Since we cannot email you once delivery is disabled, a notification will be sent within the Mesh AI platform. You can re-enable delivery via your User Settings page.
Recommended Pre-restoration Steps: To prevent your email from being disabled again, please complete the following:
Verify your address: Ensure your email is spelled correctly in your profile.
Check mailbox capacity: Ensure your inbox is not full.
Prevent spam flags: Never move Mesh AI emails to your spam folder.
Prioritize our domain: Mark Mesh AI emails as "Important" or "Star" them.
Whitelist the sender: Add info@meshai.io to your email contacts list.
Contact your provider: If blocks persist, ask your IT department or email provider to allow messages from info@meshai.io.
