They are designed to help team members think through how they might plan and position the new standards. It uses the Customer Service standards but can be adapted to suit, so please feel free to amend them. We have used them with a number of our clients, including our work with SDN on the Future Apprenticeships programme. Reform users can find them in the ‘Resources’ module. This approach seems to help team members think a little bit more creatively about how they might approach the apprenticeship reforms. We hope you find them useful.
