Management of Special Situation: "New Employee Registration"

Guide to regularise the documentation of a newly hired employee using the TA2 until they are included in the RNT.

If you have a newly hired employee in your company, they may not yet appear in the RNT (Nominal Roll of Employees) document provided. This is because their registration has not been officially processed. To regularise this situation, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Employee Details.

  2. Open the Special Situations section.

  3. Select the option "New Employee Registration".

  4. Apply the changes.

This process will replace the RNT document with the TA2 (Resolution of Registration Recognition) in the list of required documents for the employee. This substitution regularises the employee’s situation for approximately 2 months, allowing sufficient time for them to be included in the RNT.

Important Note: Periodically review the employee’s documentation to update it once they are included in the RNT.
