If you do not remember your access data to Metacontratas, there are two ways to recover them:

1. Contacting support at 952 02 02 22.

2. From the home page, in the login window, click on "Recover password".

There are three possible scenarios to recover the password with this last option:

• If you remember the username but not the password: Enter the tax ID of your company, the username and the email address that you had associated (if you have more than one, you can enter any of them).

• If you do not remember the username or the password: Enter the tax ID of your company, the tax ID of the main company for which you want to access, and the email address that you had associated with the user (if you have more than one, you can enter any of them).

• If you are accessing from the new unified access portal with your email: You must click on the following link and write the email address associated with the user with whom you are trying to access https://login.metacontratas.com/public /reset_password.

If the data entered is correct, you will receive an email with the new access data.

The application will ask you to change the password to a personal one when you connect for the first time.
