My order says it's been delivered but I haven't received it.
We are not responsible for any orders that show as delivered. Please wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day. Also, please check with your neighbors, family members, or roommates and the complex office if there is one.
Contact the carrier if your package is still not delivered. If you think your package or mail is lost or delayed, You can submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Why does my tracking say “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item?”
We apologize for this. We have had issues with USPS not scanning items until their final destination. We assure you that once your order is printed, we have shipped it.
