1. Log Out of Your Account
From the dashboard or any application while logged in, click on the three dots in the top right corner to reveal the menu.
Select "Log Out".
This will return you to the login screen.
2. Request a Password Reset
On the login page, click on "Forgot Password?"
Enter your registered email address and a password reset link will be sent to your inbox.
3. Set a New Password
Click the link in your email to access the password reset page.
Enter and confirm your new password.
Password Requirements:
Minimum of 12 characters
Must include at least one special character (e.g. !#$ etc.)
Make sure to choose a secure and memorable password.
If you don’t receive the reset email, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
