Please reschedule within 24 hours of the scheduled session. If a session is cancelled without being rescheduled, we will reschedule it for you (typically one week later, same day / time). 

Please remember, your subscription cannot be paused and missed or cancelled sessions cannot be refunded. 

How to Reschedule a Session

  1. Go to the confirmation or reminder email
  2. Click on the Reschedule button
  3. Choose another date / time that works for you
  4. Once you receive the confirmation email, use the buttons to add the session to your calendar
