Methodology offers a subscription service to get you weekly deliveries of delicious, healthy food that’s automatically assigned to you according to your preferences. We never want you to be stuck with anything you may not enjoy, so you'll have about a week to adjust your menu.

We publish a new menu every Monday! You will then have until Sunday at 10:59 PM to add or delete items from your order. We’ll send you a reminder email and SMS about this just in case. 😉

Our Menu Design team works hard to not only make delicious dishes with nutritious ingredients, but to also make indulging in our food a luxurious experience.

Our microwave-safe, clean food is fully cooked, individually packed, and delivered to your home or office in a soft cooler or box with ice packs. You can order as little or as much as you like each week.

We offer two delivery days: Mondays and Thursdays. There is a flat delivery and service fee of $14.94 per delivery day. You may opt for both days or one, depending on your lifestyle needs. Food is fresh generally for 3-4 days after delivery.

We deliver to most of the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and San Diego during an overnight delivery window. Deliveries are done from 9:30 PM every Sunday and/or Wednesday to 5:30 AM Monday and/or Thursday.

You may return your used jars every delivery day by leaving them in your old Methodology box by your usual delivery drop-off area. Our drivers are happy to take them!
