Modifying your First Order

How to view and make changes to your first order.

Congratulations! You’ve placed your first Methodology order.

To view the items automatically assigned to you by our system, go to the Orders page. Then, choose the delivery date of your first order.

If you edit your order before our Sunday, 11:00 PM cut-off, you will see that it is still unlocked like so:

After our 11:00 PM Sunday cut-off, orders will be locked and may not be edited. They will look like so:

After you select an open/unlocked delivery date, you will be taken to your cart and you should be able to edit your order here. Refer to the photo below as a guide for navigating your cart:

  1. Here you may see and select the delivery dates for that week. Please pay attention to this date when making changes to your order.

  2. Clicking on this box will bring you back to your cart where you will see all your orders for that delivery date as well as the summary of the charges.

  3. Click on the Edit Order button to be taken to the menu where you may add items to your cart. Alternatively, you may click on the “Our Picks”, “Prepared Meals”, “Prepared Mix & Match”, etc., buttons on the menu bar.

Once you’re on the menu pages, you may now add (or remove) meals.

To add or remove a meal, simply click on the + button on the lower right corner of the meal image. Choose which size you want to add and click on the + button. If you want to remove a meal, instead, click on the - button.

To learn more about a meal, simply click on the meal image or name like so:

Here, you will see the price per size, nutrition information, ingredients, and heating/preparation instructions.

If you’re happy with your order and the modifications you’ve made, there’s no need to do anything else! Your order will be locked on our Sunday 11:00 PM cut-off.

You will then be billed for the additional items you’ve added to the order as well as receive a refund for the automatic orders that you’ve removed. For more information about the first order refund/charges, check this article out.
