Canceling your Subscription

How to cancel your subscription when you need a break.

If you need a break from weekly deliveries, you may opt to cancel your subscription.

While we're sorry to see you go, you can cancel your subscription anytime. We just ask that you give us 1 week of notice prior to your next delivery week.

Just send in your cancelation request via email to help@gomethodology.com. You may also reach us via our messenger bot found at the lower-right corner of this page. Weโ€™re always looking to improve so it would help heaps if you also include your reason for canceling. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ

Please make sure to send your requests before our Sunday 11:00 PM cut-off to avoid being automatically charged. If you give us notice after our cut-off, you will be charged for that delivery. Any locked orders will be delivered as scheduled.

If you travel a lot and would only like to receive food when you want, rather than a weekly subscription, shoot us an email and we can make that happen! Just ask for the opt-in program when you email us at help@gomethodology.com.๐Ÿ“ฎ
