An explanation of your first order refunds/charges.

We apologize for any confusion! But there’s no need to be alarmed if you see a refund or additional charge after you place your first order with us.

When you initially sign up, you will be billed outright for your first order of automatically generated meals.

After you log in, you will have until our cut-off time on Sunday, 11:00 PM (PST) to make changes to this order.

After the cut-off time, you will then be refunded for any of the meals you removed from the order. In the same way, you will receive a separate invoice of additional charges for any items that you’ve added to the order.

This only happens with the initial purchase. Going forward, you will only receive one charge for the full order. You'll have until 10:59 PM (PST) each Sunday to edit your menu for the following week.
