We encourage you to refrigerate your food upon receipt. However, if refrigeration isn't immediately possible, our ice packs are designed to keep your food cool and fresh until 11:00 AM on Monday for Courier deliveries (California). As long as your food remains cool, it is safe to eat.
If you are still unsure, all meals come with an expiration date listed on the lid.
