How to share feedback with the Methodology team.

There are a bunch of ways you can get in touch with us to share your feedback:

Rate your food

After every delivery day, you get the opportunity to rate the food you received.

  • Simply log in to your account and scroll down to the Rate Food section.

  • Select the delivery date you’d like to review and click on the Rate Order button.

  • A pop-up will appear. Click on the Let’s Go! Button to proceed with rating your food. [photo]

  • Your orders will appear one by one. Select the rating for each order and add comments if you’d like.

  • Click on the Next button once you’re done to move on to the next item.

Share your transformation story

We appreciate it when our subscribers take the time to send in their transformation stories. We use these to inspire others on their healthy eating journeys (they also inspire the team to know the difference we make in people's lives).

You can send in yours, too!

  • Log in to your account and scroll down.

  • You should see a Share your Transformation Story button in the lower-left corner.

  • Clicking that would redirect you to a 12-question Google form asking about your experience with our food.

  • Once you’re done, click Submit.

Respond to our check-in emails

Every now and then, we send in emails to check in on you and your journey. Julie also shares a lot of helpful tips that would make your healthy eating journey easier and more enjoyable.

While you’re not required to respond to any of those emails, we enjoy reading your responses! You can answer the questions we ask or even just randomly share feedback or say hi.

We encourage you to check out our FAQs articles and our bot to see if you have any questions that can be answered right away. If not, our Wellness Coaches are always happy to assist you.

Wellness Coaches are available every Sunday to Thursday to help you out. We try our best to respond within 2 hours but there may be delays on our heavy days (Mondays and Sundays). We have limited coverage on Fridays and Saturdays but we still make sure to respond! ❤️
