Below are instructions and a video walkthrough for how to access your logs to send them to Customer Support.

Start by finding your machines IP address, and enter the web address from a laptop,
Navigate to: http://192.168.86.38/debug/plotter-ui/
Replace the IP address with the IP address of your Meticulous.
Ensure you're on the same WiFi network.
Select Debug from the drop down to access Debug shot files
Click Fetch Folders
Select the date and download the debug files from the last few espresso shots
You can also view individual shot graphs and logs by selecting Normal in the dropdown, refreshing the folders, and then accessing the shot file.
