You may be asked by Meticulous Support to provide detailed API logs. These logs track every step of the machine's brew process and sensors to help understand a potential issue.
First, find your machine's IP address.
Download the ZIP File
On a laptop that is connected to the same WiFi network as the Meticulous, enter the following web address:
http://YOUR_MACHINE_IP/api/v1/history/debug.zip
The file will automatically download to your web downloads directory.
