You already have the assignment and know when it needs to be submitted. The tutor solves everything step by step and delivers it by the agreed deadline.

You schedule a time to solve the activity in real time, directly through the platform’s chat. The tutor works through the task and sends the answers as the session progresses.

In either type of service, after payment confirmation, you will have access to the selected tutor through the platform chat for up to 7 days after the service is completed to clarify any questions.

Submitting an activity on Meu Guru is quick and takes less than one minute.

From your dashboard, go to the Tutors tab and click Submit activity.

If you already have the activity and know the deadline, simply:

After submission, your request will be made available so gurus can send proposals.

If the activity takes place on a specific date and time, you can choose the live resolution option. In this case, you schedule the session, set the duration, select the subject, explain the format of the activity, and upload supporting materials. At the scheduled time, the tutor will be live in the chat, working through the questions with you.

The more detailed your request is, the better and faster the proposals you receive will be.

At Meu Guru, there is no fixed price for tutor-based resolutions.

You suggest an initial amount and receive proposals from different gurus. Prices vary according to the complexity of the activity, the deadline, and the tutor’s level of education.

In most cases, prices are lower than the proportional cost of traditional hourly tutoring, thanks to the competition among professionals on the platform.

Submitting a request and receiving proposals is completely free. Payment only occurs after you choose the tutor who best meets your expectations.

After the resolution is delivered, you have up to 7 calendar days to activate the guarantee if any issue occurs. There is also the option to add an “Extended Guarantee” after submitting a request on the platform. By paying a small symbolic fee, you can extend your service guarantee from 7 to 30 days.

The guarantee covers corrections to the activity and, in specific cases, a refund of the amount paid.

Full or partial refunds may occur in situations such as:

There are no refunds in cases of omission of information by the student, communication outside the platform, or when there is prior consent between the student and the tutor regarding limitations of the activity.

All rules exist to ensure transparency, security, and quality for both parties.

Meu Guru supports all subjects and courses, from high school and higher education to PhD level, across all areas of knowledge.

If you cannot find your subject by name, you can select a similar subject or click “I didn’t find my subject”, assign it to an area of knowledge, and enter it manually.

To increase the chances of receiving proposals faster, Meu Guru offers two features:

Boost highlights your request on the gurus’ dashboard for 2 hours, pinning it to the top and signaling urgency. Requests with Boost usually receive proposals up to five times faster.

Favorite Guru allows you to invite tutors who have assisted you previously. When this option is activated, your request is highlighted on those gurus’ dashboards, increasing the chances of repeating a great experience.
