When connecting different members of your team to your new Miappi profile, you may not want all members to have complete access. It can be a lot safer to grant different members with specific job roles and applications, for example, you may want someone in charge of connecting feeds and another in charge of showing and hiding content.
With User Permissions, this is easy to do. When connecting a team member to the dashboard, you are able to assign them to a particular task within the dashboard by inserting their email, selecting 'Manage Roles' in pink above the search, 'Add Roles' and choosing one or more of the options displayed below.
miappi-view = Access to the profile in read mode, this is always enabled for each user
miappi-edit = This allows the user to edit profile settings like username, display name, and all the customise settings
miappi-delete = The user will have permission to delete the profile and all of it’s information
miappi-initialise = Under settings the user will be able to enable/disable the active profile. Essentially, this means they will be able to ‘turn the Miappi off’ disabling access via a website embed or display.
feed-ugc-add = Add hashtags or a location to your Miappi in the ‘feeds’ panel
feed-ugc-remove = Remove a hashtag or location
pinned-post-manage = This is the ability to Pin/Unpin a post within the 'Curate' page
banned-users-manage = Ban/Unban a user
show-hide-post = Show/Hide posts
popup-post = This will allow the user to select posts for events to popup on your Miappi display
link-tile-manage = Add/delete/toggle link tile for website embed
folders-manage = Add/remove/rename a content folder
folders-attach-detach-post = Add/remove a post to a content folder
inserts-manage = Create/update an insert feature
inserts-regenerate = This will only give the user permission to regenerate (refresh) an insert via the dashboard
inserts-archive = Archive an insert
inserts-restore = Restore an insert
engage = Control the Miappi 'Engage' feature, for example, request rights permission for individual pieces of content
engage-export = Export information from the engaged images under the Curate page
cta = Add a call to action to a feed or a post
managers-role = Manage managers and their roles for example, Owner or other permissions
managers-transfer-ownership = Transfer ownership of a profile
public-form-manage = Manage Public Form feature settings
public-form-export = Export information from Public Form posts
rules-manage = Manage Moderate rules
shopper-product-link = Add/remove Monetize products to a post
shopper-product-manage = Manage a product within the Monetize feature
shopper-product-batch = Batch add a product for the Monetize feature
feed-owned-add = Connect owned feed/s such as official Instagram and/or Facebook
feed-owned-remove = Remove owned feed/s
