During the compliance review process, our customer service staff may ask you to provide:
Proof of company registration (e.g. in France, you may submit: Kbis, JOAFE extracts, Fiche synthétique de la copropriété (summary of co-ownership, etc.);
If there is no Kbis, you can submit:
Articles of Association (the document must be dated and signed, and the Articles need to set out the legal rights and obligations of the partners of the company).
In some cases, we may ask you to provide other documents, such as:
The company's most recent tax return.
Documents relating to the company's beneficial owners. (Liste des bénéficiaires).
