At the end of every hotel stay booked on the MICHELIN Guide, guests are asked to rate their experience. These verified reviews are factored into the hotel’s feedback score, which you'll find posted on its profile page.

The score allows you to see which hotels MICHELIN Guide guests are enjoying the most. Hotels with scores that don't meet our expectations are removed from the selection.
