Creating, managing and sharing lists

Updated this week

Lists are great ways to save hotels & restaurants for later - whether it's for an upcoming trip, quick access to your favorite spots, or just because you like to be organized. There are currently three types of lists : Favorites, Visited and custom lists. You must have an account to create lists and they are saved alongside your information so deleting the app won't remove them.

Here's a quick review of each:

Favorites

This list is automatically created when you create an account. To add items to the Favorites list all you need to do is to tap the heart icon that belongs to a restaurant or hotel. To remove it, just tap it again. You cannot rename or delete the favorites list and it is public by default.

Visited

iOS App only - coming soon to website and Android. The 'visited' list allows you to identify restaurants you have been to. It is self-reported and is there for your convenience — perfect for collecting all the Stars you have been to. It is activated by tapping the 'check' icon and removed the same way. Looking to add a review? The list contains a 'Review" button that will allow you to add your comments about your visit.

The visited list is not currently available for hotels as we rely upon user reviews through verified bookings to handle that.

Custom lists

Apps only - coming soon to website. These lists are yours to create with custom names & descriptions. Items are added to a custom list through the 'bookmark' icon which will then ask you which list to add the item to, or to create one. Custom lists can be private and can be created from items or other lists through the 'Copy' function. These are perfect for trip planning or keeping track of types or themes of places in different locations.

All the lists can be shared through the share icon in the app or through the corresponding URL of the website. Private lists will need to be made Public to be viewed by others and an account is required to view.
