Products shipped by Mighty include: Hoodies, T-Shirts, Hats, Mugs, Post Cards, Greeting Cards, Stickers, Posters, Notebooks, Tote Bags, iPhone Cases, Puzzles, Face Masks, Water Bottles, Mouse Pads, Candles, & Bandanas.
Products & Services not shipped by Mighty: There are additional safety restrictions for CEOs who choose to offer products and services that are not printed and shipped by Mighty or its third party partners.
Prohibited Items
Items that are not allowed to be sold on Mighty include, but are not limited to, the following examples:
-Any good, service, or content that violates the law or legal rights of others
-Alcohol, tobacco, drugs, drug related items, or medication
-Animals, livestock, or products made of animal parts
-Automobiles, automotive parts, and motorized vehicles
-Counterfeit items, replicas, and unauthorized copies
-Credit cards
-Data banks, mailing lists and personal information
-Drop-shipping
-Government documents, IDs and licenses
-Items that promote, support, or glorify hatred or violence
-Items that are illegal to sell in your city, state, or country
-Items that the seller can not deliver
-Items that do not belong to the seller
-Items that will cost your customer more than $100
-Hazardous materials, flammable materials, or recalled items
-Human remains, human organs, and body parts
-Lotteries and giveaways
-Nudity and mature content
-Medical services, devices, and accessories
-Physical therapy services
-Tattoo services
-Services that are inappropriate or illegal for children to offer
-Hugs, massages, and friendship
-Plants and seeds
-Products that violate safety regulations
-Real estate
-Used items that are not disclosed to be used
-Stamps, cash, tokens, stocks, or any other form of physical or digital currency
-Stolen property and property with removed serial numbers
-Vouchers and gift cards
-Weapons, ammunition, fireworks, explosives, or military items

At Mighty, we reserve the right to decide what items are or aren’t allowed at any time. There are instances where we may remove items that are not listed above if we decide that they are offensive, in breach of our Terms of Service, or are in any other way a risk that we're not prepared to take.

Mighty Listings Process
1. CEO Lists a product or service for sale
2. Customer pays for product or service
3. Purchaser contact info will be sent to parent email
4. Parent is responsible for sharing information with child or managing the completion of the sale, including delivering the purchased item or service and communicating with the customer.
*CEOs will be notified that they made a sale, but no personal contact information will be shared with children by Mighty.
