Password managers are a huge part of our user's workflow. We understand that privacy and security is also a big question at Mighty. Below you can find more info on how password managers are supported and how your data is secure.

Is my password manager supported?

We aim to support all password managers: 1password, Dashlane, Lastpass, etc.

If your password manager has a Google Chrome extension it should work out of the box without any support from the Mighty team. Support for desktop apps is limited, we just got Mighty setup as a trusted browser for 1password's desktop app. As of right now we do not support any other desktop app password managers.

Are my credentials secure?

Yes! Mighty has no knowledge or logs of your keystrokes or websites you visit. With Mighty, the browser is streamed from the datacenter to your computer over a secure tunnel. Your password manager is not modified or changed in any way by using Mighty. You can read more about our security policy here.

What if I'm having issues with my password manager?

We have had some issues in the past with some password managers, such as your password manager thinking all sites are Mighty.com or not autofilling your credentials properly. If your password manager is acting up and not working as it normally would in Chrome please reach out to Mighty support so we can get our engineering team on it. A loom video or screenshot of what isn't working will be extremely helpful. We may also ask to jump on a Zoom call with you to better understand the issue as we go through beta. If you have a desktop app that you'd like to see supported, reach out to Mighty support as well so we can look into the requirements.
