How to use your virtual card

On mobile

Your Pemo virtual card makes it easy to handle online expenses securely. Follow these steps to access your virtual card details and start paying in no time:

1 Open the Pemo Mobile App

Launch the Pemo app on your phone.

2. Go to the “Cards” Tab

Navigate to the “Cards” section within the app.

3. Find Your Virtual Card

Scroll through your cards until you locate the virtual card you want to use.

4. View Your Card Details

Tap on the visible last 4 digits of your virtual card. This will display the full card number, expiration date, and CVV code—ready for you to use in any online transaction.

On desktop

Need to view your Pemo card details? Here’s how to do it in just a few easy steps:

  1. Log in to Your Account

    Open the Pemo web app and sign in to your account.

  2. Go to the “Cards” Tab

    Navigate to the “Cards” section to find the card you need.

  3. Access Card Details

    Select the card you want the details off and select "Card Details" *and the last 4 digits of the card number. It's the button under the image of the card you've selected.

4. Verify with OTP

Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone. Once verified, your full card details will be displayed.

How to pay with your physical card

Once your physical card is activated, you can use it for both online and in-store purchases, as well as cash withdrawals at ATMs. It's a flexible, all-in-one solution for managing your business expenses.

Keep in mind that your card usage is subject to the limits set by your account admin. These limits help ensure responsible spending and control within your organization.
