If your MiKashBoks Community savings and lending groups issue fines to members, you can capture those during the recording a meeting flow.
Fines are configured to be added to your social fund. To change this, contact the MiKashBoks team.
Follow the screenshots below:
 On your buy and sell shares screen, click on the three dots and select 'Manage Fines'
|  You will see a list of all fines due. To make a payment, click on the member's name |  You can enter the amount due, or a lesser amount, and then enter the reason. Then click 'Pay fine'. |
 If there are no more fines due by members or your group, the screen will be blank.
To add a new fine, click on '+Add', at the top right-hand side |  Select the member of the group who will be fined. |  Enter the amount of the fine and the reason.
Next, pick either 'Record With Payment' - this means the payment has been collected at the same time the fine has been issued, or, 'Record, Will Pay Later' - meaning the fine will be collected at a later meeting. |
 To add another fine, click '+Add' again. Click 'Continue' when you're done |
