Adding Approvers to a Community Savings and Lending Group - ESCROW

After setting up the rules for your Community Savings and Lending Group and having completed adding members, you can now add at least 2 Group Approvers to help moderate Group activities.

To Add Approvers to your group, the group members need to first be added with phone numbers.

You can go ahead and follow the screenshots below:

After adding members, click on ''Manage Group Approvers''

You will be presented with a list of all Group members that have accepted your Invite

Next, tap on the names of Group members you want to add as Group Approvers.

Then select ''Add Approvers''

Each of these members will receive both an SMS and In-app notification to accept

Via SMS, a code will be sent that group members can then share with the admin to enter and confirm on their behalf

Or through the alert In-app, Group members can tap on the notification to open

select ''Accept'' to confirm the Approver request

The group admin will be notified immediately when a member accepts the request

To edit Group Approvers, follow the screenshots below for guidance:

From your Group dashboard, click on the 3 small dots at the top right-hand corner and select ''Group settings''

Then select ''Manage Group Approvers''

Next, click ''Continue'' to proceed

Click on ''Get Approval'' to send out a request to the current Group Approvers

Each of the current Approvers will receive an SMS notification with a code that can be used to confirm their approval

They'll also receive an in-app alert

Each approver can then click on it and then select ''Yes - Update Group Approvers'' to approve

As soon as they both accept, you will be alerted
