Contributions are easy to make and the app is connected to the USSD menu even in the absence of a smartphone or internet connection. For Africell Users, you can make your contributions to your MiKashBoks Digital Osusu using the USSD shortcode *352# on your dialer.
Remember, you will make one contribution per round, even on the rounds where it is your turn to take the pot.
 Open the dialer, enter the shortcode *352# and click 'Send' |  This will provide the MiKashBoks USSD menu. Select option 1 - 'Make Contribution' and click 'Send' |  This will provide the list of MiKashBoks Digital Osusu groups joined. Select the option number of the group you wish to make a contribution to and click 'Send' |
 Next, select the option number next to the amount you wish to contribute and click 'Send' |  Enter your 4-digit MiKashBoks PIN and click 'Send' |  You will then receive an AfriMoney Wallet USSD prompt with instructions to approve the contribution from your AfriMoney Wallet |
After receiving the prompt (*161*7*2#), you will proceed to the dialer and enter the code.
 To approve the contribution from your AfriMoney Wallet, enter the AfriMoney Wallet USSD prompt (*161*7*2#) you will receive, into the dialer and click 'Call' |  Enter your AfriMoney PIN to confirm and click 'Send' |  You will receive a list of all your pending transactions for MiKashBoks Digital Osusu. Select the option number of the contribution you wish to make and click 'Send' |
 Then select option 1. to confirm the transaction and click 'Send' You will receive an SMS message confirming the contribution has been made |
