There are two ways to access in-app help with MiKashBoks:
Via the main menu, accessed from the three bars at the top left of the app:
After you click "Ask for Help" you'll see the following:
Click on WhatsApp to send us a message via whatsapp, or Live Chat to send a message over Intercom. In both cases our customer service team will respond at their earliest convenience.
2. At various places in the app where you will complete an action you will see an option for getting help, in the example below, on the screen to set the date for recording a meeting:
Clicking the icon will bring up the same two options, WhatsApp and Intercom, and additionally a video that will walk you through the process of completing the action:
After you watch the video, if you still need help, we are always available to provide assistance.
