Balances are due 30 days prior to your event. You can log into your online account at portal.mikestaff.com to pay your balance online with a credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card. You can also contact the office at tel:1+877-689-0777 and make a payment over the phone. 

We also get asked, “Is it appropriate to give a tip?” The answer is yes. Gratuity is always gladly accepted for a job well done. On average our customers tip around $100-$200 per service provider.
