Ceremony music. When to play ceremony music. What to play for the ceremony

There are  a few special moments during your ceremony, and you want to set the right mood for each them. Here are the main moments you'll need to select music for: As your guests are seated, as the bridal party enters, the bridal processional,  candle lighting or sand ceremony (if you choose to have one), after the ceremony (also knowns as the recessional), and as the guests leave.

Ceremony music was traditionally classical or instrumental only music. The modern wedding does not have any boundaries when it comes to ceremony music. Some couples will stick with classical and others will have contemporary music. Lots of couples will chose both! Maybe you have Canon in D for the processional and play Bruno Mars for the recessional.  You are allowed to make your ceremony uniquely you.
