Yes. It is customary to invite your Videographer to dinner. After a busy day of shooting, they will truly appreciate having a warm meal. It is okay to have your Videographer sit with your guests but most couples will have a vendor table where you can seat your DJ, Photographer and Videographer at the same table.
It’s a good idea for your service providers to be close and available in the event that they are needed to shoot a spontaneous event.
Your venue may offer a vendor meal as your videographer does not need to be included in the head count for the bar.
