Great question.  Fortunately, in over 20+ years of doing business, Mike Staff Productions' videographers have never missed an event. Better yet, we have a system in place to assure that we never will. We always have backup videographers and equipment on call and ready to go for every wedding, whether we have one event that day or when we are fully booked. In the event of an emergency that prohibits your videographer from making your wedding, an experienced MSP Certified videographer will be on call and ready to go: gear loaded, a full tank of gas, and cell phone on so they can be on their way immediately upon receiving our call. This allows you the peace of mind in knowing that an experienced, professional, MSP Certified videographer will be there for you.
